Do I need to register before I use the website of app?

Yes. You are fine to browse through but when you decide to book you will be prompted to sign in.


How can I sign up?

If you’re a member of Livindigo then you’re already signed up. Congratulations! Otherwise you can click here to sign up.


Do I have to pay extra for the booking?

Absolutely not! We don’t change anything for you to use or service. If anything we reward you for using our system with Livindgo reward points that go towards your next service.


How can I book a treatment?

This is one of the easiest things to do. After setting up an account you can search for a service, click on your favourite, choose your treatment and even a particular professional. The all you have to do is book in a date and time and you’re done!


My favourite health and beauty service is not on the website or app. Can I make recommendations?

We are always on the lookout for new partners. Let us know who you think should be part of Livindigo by clicking here and we’ll get in contact with them on your behalf. We appreciate the heads up and if we successfully get them on board we’ll send some reward points your way as a thank you from us.


How will you know if your appointment has been confirmed?

We send out a confirmation email with your reference number as soon as you’ve made your booking. We’ll also send a reminder email/sms Approx 24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, this is subject to opt in.


What happens if I don’t get an email confirmation?

A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as you have made an appointment. Unfortunately sometimes your mail provider might slot the email into another folder e.g. junk mail, if you do find it here please label it as ‘not junk mail’. Have a look around, if you still can’t find it contact us here or call us on 1300 825 275.


Can I cancel or change my appointment?

Life throws things at us unexpectedly and we understand that not everything goes accordingly to plan. Requests to amend or cancel your appointment must be made directly with the partner business and must comply with their individual terms and conditions. Customer satisfaction is important to us at Livindigo and we give you the opportunity to read and accept these terms and conditions before you book.


Gift cards

Gift cards should arrive to you between 3-5 working days and can be used within a 6 month period from the date of purchase at hundreds of Livindigo partnered venues. To find out where go to www.livindigo.com and have a browse through

Promotional codes

You can enter your promotional codes just before you checkout. Only one promotional code can be used at a time and is not to be use in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional codes are case sensitive with no spaces in between.


Trouble logging in?

We all have so many usernames and passwords that we sometimes forget what is what. We want to make it easier for you. Make sure your profile has been set up. If you haven’t created a profile you can do so by clicking here. Once set-up you can sign in with your email address or Facebook account.

Our review system allows customers to give feedback. There are a few guidelines that we ask you to stick by:

  • Be honest - include what you need to include but be honest about doing so. Base your reviews around your own personal experiences.
  • Be constructive - We like to think that your reviews act as a guide for future Livindigo users. It also gives our partnered businesses the opportunity to review their work.
  • Be respectful - We are here to listen to you so be courteous in your reviews so that everyone feels comfortable to voice their opinions.
  • No spam - No sneaky advertising or promotion in any of the reviews. That means no links, phone numbers, emails or any other information that may result in financial gain.

What is the loyalty program?

Getting you connected to a health or beauty service is our number one priority so we created our Livindigo loyalty program. We reward you with Livindigo points when you book and review a service, refer a friend or share your experience on social media… just make sure you tag us! These points can be used at any of our Livindigo partnered businesses.


Write reviews

Your favourite salon, nail professional or massage therapist? Let them know. Write a review on their page and receive points for doing so. Simply click the review tabs after your service, leave your rating and review and you’re done!


Refer-a-friend

Spread the word about Livindigo and you’ll receive points for every friend that you recommend and becomes a Livindigo customer. Click here to refer a friend.


Share on social media

Share your experiences on instagram, facebook, twitter and google+, tag us with the hashtag #livindigo and @livindigo and we’ll reward you with points as well. Just send us a short and quick email telling us where you’ve tagged us and we’ll send through your points.



Getting Started

Create a business account

  1. Go to www.livindigo.com and click “List Your Business” in the upper right corner. You will need to enter your name, your email address and create a secure password for yourself.

  3. Tell us more. This is where you can give us a few more details so that we can construct your profile so our customers can easily browse through your information.

  5. List the hours you are open and the number of staff you have working in the salon. This allows us to promote your business at the correct time and allows booking with specific staff members.

  7. Add the services you provide. Later you can add more details services under the main selections.

  9. Once complete, give us 1-2 business working days to get your profile up and running. If we need anymore information you might receive a call from one of our team members. All you have to do now is wait and watch the bookings come in.

Business Customer

Keeping up to date and relevant.

Keeping up-to-date and relevant is really important. It helps boost your exposure with new offerings and making it easier for customers to find you and discover you.


How does the booking system work?

Livindigo runs off google calendar or other calendar link integrations. We integrate with your booking system to make sure that all appointments are correct, blackout times are slotted in and closing times are up to date. To get you started for the first month we will give you extra care in settling you. If there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us here or call us on 1300 825 275.


How do I know about new bookings?

You will receive an email and sms notification of your booking along with an updated google calendar.


I got a booking. What now?

Done! All you have to do is make sure you’re ready for the treatment that the customer has booked in.


What if a customer changes or cancels a booking?

You list your terms and conditions and the customer accepts them before they make their appointment. We leave it in your hands. Just remember though, customers like a bit of freedom and not everything goes to plan so we recommend being a little lenient. It’s about working together!


Can I cancel an appointment?

We don’t recommend canceling appointments but we understand something change, people get sick etc. To cancel or change appointments just give the customer a call and let them know. If the appointment has been cancelled then we will request a refund from you as Livindigo customers pay up front so you’re guaranteed payment from us in advance of the booking.


What happens if I get a bad review?

We believe in honesty and being constructive. Reviews are there for customers to get a feel of your business and bring new customers to your business. Can I post special offers?

Of course! we love it when you have special offers. Click here to let us know what you have planned and we’ll apply it to your profile.


How does the payment work?

When you sign up you will be prompted to provide your preferred account details so that we can transfer your booking payments. All payments are sent next working day.


How do refunds work?

In the off chance of a refund. We will request a refund from you and transfer the money back to the customer.
